Seeing something truly amazing under the water is actually very easy here in Rincon, Puerto Rico. The reefs and abundant sea life always make for a beautiful show near shore and offshore. Rincon is home to the Tres Palmas reserve and Steps Beach – both known for great snorkeling and diving.

Rincon’s Scenic Lighthouse
This old lighthouse is beautiful to see along with the incredible coastal views that the local park offers. This is a GREAT place to watch the sunset! The lighthouse also makes for a great whale watching location.

Whale Watching
During the Winter Months and Early Spring you can witness a variety of whale species breaching out in the Mona Passage between Rincon and the Island of Desecheo. Charters also offer a chance to see the whales from out in the open ocean. These enormous creatures are amazing to see in real life!

Horseback Riding
The Northwest coast of Puerto Offers plenty of beautiful coastline to enjoy while riding horseback. Various companies are available to take you out for a ride you will never forget.

Free Community Sports Complex (Complejo Deportivo de Rincon)
Rincon has it’s own community sports complex that is completely free for the public to use. The complex offers a track, tennis courts, batting cages, indoor gym, outdoor gym, and basketball courts. If you need to workout while you’re on vacation, this is the place to do it!

You can’t come to Rincon and not go to Banana Dang!
Banana Dang is the best coffee joint in Rincon! You absolutely must try their coffee! They have tons of other incredibly delicious things to try as well. Check them out!

The Waterfall in San Sebastian
This waterfall is amazing! You don’t have to go all the way across the island to see an incredible waterfall! This awesome place is less than an hour away and offers some of the most captivating scenery and light hiking on the path to this masterpiece of nature.
